I have white bantams that I am hoping to bring to IN, but they aren't very white at the moment. Methods I've taken for granted to get white on horses to look white would be considered faking in birds. How do you guys accomplish this?

For our fair meat pen we use a little tide in warm water, I have also used dog shampoo ( for White dogs ). I have had good success with both, again these were Meat Birds and we know how messy they are. With the tide we try and start giving them weekly baths 3-4 weeks before fair.

ABA president Matt Lahmon works for Proctor & Gamble, and put me onto this product: Tide with Bleach Alternative. It does the best job of anything I have come across for white feathers.
