The ban in Michigan is still in place.  Bill Patterson emailed me this morning saying...

Update...
I also noticed on our Facebook page that Minnesota (https://www.bah.state.mn.us/news_release/minnesota-lifts-ban-on-poultry-exhibitions) and Kansas (http://agriculture.ks.gov/AllNewsItems/2015/12/04/kansas-lifts-ban-on-poultry-exhibitions) have lifted their bans.

Fingers crossed, NC's expires 1/15/16, we are holding our collective breath hoping they don't extend it.
