Here are some of the better photos I was able to secure at the show. I'm sorry, but some did not turn out well. There were no large fowl White Ameraucanas shown. The bottom photo is John Blehm's reserve champion large fowl, a black pullet. The top photo is young Daniel Cook's grand champion large fowl, a Black cockerel. Apologies for the less than ideal poses.

Thanks Mike. I think they came out swell.

These are the BV and RV Blue Wheatens, a cockerel by yours truly and a trio pullet by Jeff Sonsalla, respectfully.
-
Very nice colouring Mike and Jeff. Congrats.

The winning large fowl buffs were a pair of hens by Jeff Sonsalla (John Blehm breeding).
-
Very nice, congrats to Jeff for a good eye. How many birds in total were entered?

The winning Brown Reds were cockerels, both by Stacy Melton of Virginia! Again, we didn't get the poses we wanted. These photos do not do them justice.

Thank you Sue. There were 144 Ameraucanas; 60 large fowl and 84 bantams.

Bob Rennolet showed all the Blues that were entered. Here is one of his winners.

There were 9 Lavenders shown by 2 exhibitors. John Blehm had champion LF trio on Lavenders. He also had BV on a cockerel and RV on a pullet. Here they are.

That is all the decent photos I have of the large fowl. There were also Silvers and Wheatens, but I did not get photos. Jeff Sonsalla had BV and RV in both of those varieties. Comments are welcome.
