Thanks Russ, for contacting Bill.    I realized recently I had not received my January issue and was thinking about giving Bill a call or an email myself.  So thanks for saving me the trouble.

Exhibiting, Promoting & Club Notes / Poultry Press publication for January
« Last post by Russ Blair on January 15, 2024, 10:47:26 AM »
Greetings,

I just got off the phone with Bill Wulff, and he informed me that the January publication of the poultry press has been lost by the USPS. He mailed them all out in connersville Indiana and their last known location was at a depo in Cincinnati OH. He’s been making attempts through the USPS but they can’t explain it, tell him where they are, or give any explanation? So they are currently reprinting them and will be sending them out again. I just wanted to pass that information on to any of our members that might subscribe to it. If you don’t I truly urge you to get one, Bill and his family do a lot for our hobby and supporting people like that should be every good Poultry man/woman goal. Just like your APA and ABA memberships. The only way we keep this hobby alive and well is by a group effort and support for one another.

Thanks for reading
God Bless
Russ Blair

Housing, Health & Hatching / Places to purchase medications?

So, with the new regulations in place making it illegal now to get common antibiotics like Tylan, and local farm stores, I was wondering if there were other resources out there that people could share on where to get items to keep on hand?

Denegard. - generic for Tiagard can be bought on Amazon.
Tylan - still looking for a source to be able to purchase.
Orego-stim - great for appetite stimulant. QC Supply has it available.

Please put me down for a variety box (20), preferences for brown red, wheaten/blue wheaten, and fill in with whatever you have on hand :) I plan to attend the shows up north end of May, beginning of June and could pick up, unless your able to ship earlier in the year, in which case I would gladly pay for express shipping, box expense, etc. just let me know where to send payment.

Great job Max!   That rooster looks to be in prime condition.  Who were the judges?
Thanks Mike! My large fowl usually finish out late so they do better in December/January.  The judges were Jacob Bates, Connor Keegan, and Emmit Wild
