Title: ABA Yearbook ads 2019
Post by: John W Blehm on January 07, 2019, 06:29:05 PM
Here we go again.  If Alliance members pay for six (6) 1 7/8" high by 2 3/16" wide ads the top quarter page is FREE for our club ad.  It is $120 for a black and white page or $20/ad and $240 for a color page or $40/ad.  I just need your ad info, a high resolution logo, photo, etc. (if you have one) and payment.  For every 6 ads sold we'll take one page...black & white or color. If you pay to pay@AmeraucanaAlliance.org, using PayPal, please consider adding a couple bucks to cover the PayPal fee.  You don't have to stick with just one ad per page...you may take one to all six of them.
The Deadline is April 1st for me to have the ads and payment to the ABA, so please have everything to me by March 20th and I'll have time to develop ads that need it and have you proof them.
Last year we had enough participation to take out one full color page.

John count me in for an add. Size will depend on how many members want one.

I'm new and don't know anything. So I'll ask some questions. How much are the year books?  And when  and where can I get one? And what does ISO mean?

The American Poultry Association (http://amerpoultryassn.com/) (APA) and the American Bantam Association  (https://www.bantamclub.com/)(ABA) are the two poultry clubs that set Standards for breeds and varieties of poultry.  They put out annual Yearbooks and I believe every member of their clubs receive one as part of their membership.
FYI...beyond these "Standard" clubs there are "Show Clubs (https://www.poultryshowcentral.com/)" that put on poultry shows sanctioned by the APA/ABA and "Breed Clubs (http://amerpoultryassn.com/breedclub_links.htm)" that represent standard breeds and often sanction their own Meets at shows.  Show clubs and most Breed clubs are members of the APA and/or ABA.

The ABA has extended their deadline to May 15th...so we can extend ours also to around the 1st of May, but please don't wait.

Dustin Bonner made a donation to the club and said...

Use it to promote the club however you see fit
If we get another member to more to buy a $40 ad space or more we still have time to do this.
