Title: Dues increase for Membership with Newsletters via US mail

Postage went up this year and toner to print Newsletters that get sent in the mail adds up.  Currently members pay $15 per year to receive Newsletters by mail. 
Our Board of Directors has voted to increase dues, for members that receive printed Newsletters thru the mail, by $1 starting July 1st, with another $1 increase next July 1st. 
Of course anyone that has paid in advance will not be asked to pay retroactively, so feel free to pay for a couple years in advance by the end of June.  ;)
