AI found in Kalamazoo County, MI in a backyard flock.  :'(

I've been checking this list from the USDA.

I'm curious if anyone knows what they mean by "non-poultry."  Maybe they mean non-commercial?  Because the label "Backyard pet chickens (non-poultry)" doesn't make much sense to me.
