The ban in Michigan is still in place.  Bill Patterson emailed me this morning saying...

Update...
I also noticed on our Facebook page that Minnesota and Kansas have lifted their bans.

Fingers crossed, NC's expires 1/15/16, we are holding our collective breath hoping they don't extend it.
