James Alvin Fegan

Jim was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy (1932-2014)
He is survived by six children, John, Noreen, Nancy, Norma, Timothy and Jennifer.
Jim received his BS in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1957.
He served as a lay pastor for United Methodist churches in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (U.P.) from 2005 until 2016.
Jim joined our Ameraucana breed club in 1995 and received our Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. He has served as a Club Director and has been an Honorary Vice President since 2015. He was also a licensed APA judge.

Thanks John for posting this. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family during this painful time. Jim had some of the nicest large fowl silver and brown red Ameraucana I saw at different times throughout the years. He was at most of the National meets that I attended up until he had to sell off his flock, and one of his children would always accompany him. He was a true asset to the Ameraucana Breed and our Alliance and will be dearly missed by many.
