All birds must be cooped by 8:45 AM Saturday
coop out may begin immediately after show awards, coop out must be done by 9:00 Am Sunday morning
Egg contest entry's start at 9:30 Saturday, Close at 11:00 Judging begins at 11:30
Silent auction bidding starts at 9:30 closes at 1:00 PM with winners announced at closing of bids.
Southern supper served Saturday evening at 5:30 till ??
Club meeting and awards 6:30
Ameraucana Alliance Annual meeting to begin immediately after club awards
