Friendly Reminder

I would just like to take a moment to remind all our members that as your current elected President I should be included in all club business emails like Meet request, Meet Reports, points questions etc. This can be done by simply CC (carbon copying) me in your emails to the directors in charge of meets or points. The reason being is mentioned in our constitution under article 1

The President shall endeavor to see that all officers properly discharge their duties and may assist with any duties as he/she sees fit.

If I am not included in the conversation I do not know what request have been made or if there's an issue with any director not properly discharging their duties.
