Here is the meet schedule for our 2021 Ameraucana National Meet.  I'll add to it and make corrections as needed (updated 10/12/21).

October 15, 16  & 17, 2021
Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds,1300 E 100 S, Lebanon IN 46052

Host Hotel: Quality Inn, (765)482-4800, 210 Sam Ralston Rd, Lebanon IN 46052-1378 – "Poultry Show rate"
Evening meals include, salad, dessert and beverages.  Bring your own favorite, non-alcoholic, beverage if you wish.

Friday, October 15th:
2pm – 10pm, early coop-in at Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds.
6pm, BBQ buffet, in the fairground's Witham Pavilion Meeting Rooms 1 & 2, $15/person - make reservations with John.

Saturday, October 16th:
6:30am – 9am, coop-in with judging at 9am.
10am, Ameraucana Egg Judging Contest.  See our Ameraucana Egg Contest rules.
11am, Ameraucana Q&A seminar, in the fairground's Witham Pavilion Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 – Michael is in charge.
2pm, Silent Auction ends – Russ is in charge.
6pm, Pizza & Subs, in the fairground's Witham Pavilion Meeting Rooms 1 & 2, $10/per person - make reservations with John.
7pm, Annual Club Meeting followed by photos & fellowship, in the fairground's Witham Pavilion Meeting Rooms 1 & 2.

Sunday, October 17th:
7am – 9am, late coop out (note: take down of cooping starts at 8am).

The 2021 Ameraucana Alliance National Meet entry form is available and is attached to this post. Entries need to be post marked October 1st.  The show catalog will be available soon at poultryshowcentral.com. I will add a note to this post when it is available.

Don't forget our Ameraucana Egg Contest! Best bantam and Best large fowl egg winners receive $75.  Reserve awards are $50 each. 

Two classes are provided: Bantam and Large Fowl Ameraucana Eggs.
Exhibitors may enter up to three entries in each class. 
Ameraucana eggs only, from Ameraucana Alliance members only.

No entry fee!

Awards will be given for the "Best" and "Reserve" Bantam and Large Fowl eggs. 

Entries will consist of six eggs presented in an egg carton, without labels or markings identifying
the exhibitor.  The eggs should be uniform in, size, shape, etc., with all six being either Bantam
Hen eggs, Bantam Pullet eggs, Large Fowl Hen eggs or Large Fowl Pullet eggs
