2025 annual meeting and dinner

Greetings my fellow Ameraucana Alliance members, I called down to Jacks Cabin to reserve their banquet room for our annual meeting and dinner. I tentatively reserved it for 6:30 and would like to know what everyone thinks about the time. I can make it earlier or later if people wish, and I would like to hear people's thoughts. I asked Amanda what time the barn was going to be closed and she stated there was no certain time. I would also like to get a rough headcount just to make sure it is big enough to seat us all. The lady said that the big table seats 20, and there are some booths in the room as well.

Also I was thinking about having the Q/A at my campsite. I figured that would be a less noisy and allow a more personal setting. Perhaps I could make a big pot of chili for everyone to enjoy, since it would be around noon when they take lunch break. Please let me know your thoughts about that as well.
