« Last post by Russ Blair on October 02, 2024, 09:43:28 PM »The Ballot for the 2024 Ameraucana Alliance elected officers is complete and will be going out tomorrow in the mail, if you receive a mailed newsletter. If you receive your newsletter electronically through an email that is how your ballot will arrive. I attached a PDF copy of the Ballot just in case anyone might need it. Remember you can only cast one ballot and one vote for President. Per our constitution and its bylaws, we can elect 2 to 6 directors, so only vote for up to 6 directors including any write ins. Per article 6 all ballots need to be received by the election commissioner by November 1, 2024.

It is missing Rachel Dunns Ch Ameraucana Overall Bantam Black H and Kyle Porosky Res Ch Amerauacana Overall LF Black K due to us not knowing when we left for the club dinner and annual meeting. I also noticed it does not have the two Bantam Ermine that Michael Muenks had entered.
