I will continue as president over the next two year term.

In case anyone here did not get the news, Royce has resigned as a director, and Jeff Sonsalla has been appointed to take his place.

My resignation as president will be effective at noon on February 23rd and Michael Muenks will become president at that time.  This is not an abrupt change and I've allowed for plenty of time for a smooth transition.
