It's the maximum out of staters can have on their AI check.  There is no way in Penn we can meet that, the Commonwealth is too slow, so most people outside of judges pass Ole Virginny by.  Thanks

All out of state exhibitors will need to have Pullorum test within 30 days of show and AI with in 14 days. NPIP exhibitors must be up to date and have 9-3 form. This is the form used to ship eggs, chicks and chickens. It takes the place of a health exam.
