White on black chick's feet

This is one of my split back chocolate gene chicks approx 5-6 weeks old. Is this type of coloration permanent? He is the only one of my split blacks that has this much white on his feet. Will this darken up or stay like this? Is this a cull?

I have had both blues and blacks white white toes like that. All of mine darken with age. I would just keep an eye to make sure and check him in a few weeks. I wouldn't cull him just yet.
