Update to the Meet Policy - October 31, 2021

Attached you will find an update to the Meet Policy. When the web master has time they will update the version on the website. This update to the policy officially allows the proposal of a private Ameraucana only ABA and APA sanctioned national meet.

The revised policy is dated 10/31/2021, so that is the effective date.  This subject was brought up at our annual meeting last month, in Indiana, discussed and all the members present voted to request our board of directors make the change.
