2023 National Meet Bids

Just a friendly reminder that all national bids must be in by November 1 to our board of directors per our constitution.

I just sent Amanda an e mail asking for a bid from Dayton Fancy Feather Club, Greenville Oh, to put a bid in.

sent a request to Harry House to ask for a bid from the Dixie Classic in Knoxville..I would love a National that isn't on the Canadian border for us southern folks!...lol

Beat you to it Stan on the Dixie Classic! I went for the first time last year and really enjoyed myself.

I have sent 2023 National Meet host club bid requests paper work early last week to the following clubs:

Tennessee Valley Poultry Club Dixie Classic, Knoxville, Tennessee
Virginia Poultry Breeders Association Fall Show, Ruther Glen, Virginia
Heart of the Ozarks Poultry Club Fall Show, Fayetteville, Arkansas
Dayton Fancy Feathers, Greenville, Ohio

If members have other ideas I'm happy to send out a bid request.

I have also contacted two clubs in Wisconsin for a bid.   They have been informed that November 1st is our deadline.

I received a bid from the Wisconsin International Poultry Club and forwarded it to Michael.  That show is held the 4th weekend of September in Portage, Wisconsin.
It typically receives over 2,000 entries.

Today is the deadline for bids for the 2023 national meet. At this point I am aware of two. If anyone has one or requested a bid, you may want to nudge the show club.
