The following was posted on the APA Facebook group late this afternoon:

Just heard about an hour or so ago that the Illinois Dept of Agriculture said NO birds from out of state allowed to come in, including exhibition shows and fairs and swaps and auctions for birds coming in out of state. Within the state with IL birds would be ok but I am sure they are encouraging everyone to leave their birds home, skip it this year until the coast is clear. No AI in IL has been confirmed YET. So NO poultry coming from other states allowed in IL.
