2016 PA Exhibition Testing Requirements

Attached is the document which was provided to the fair managers.  There is a significant change to the AI testing requirement, which was made after careful discussion with PSU extension poultry representatives.

A flock must have 30 birds tested for AI within 30 days of the show.

Each fair manager may have requirements above what PDA requires or recommends, so be sure to check with each fair before sampling poultry or other animals.

Every year animals are turned away because they were not tested appropriately or don’t have the required paperwork.
