FYI, There are all kinds of possibilities…different fonts and colors.  Just let me know what you want…it only takes a few seconds to make changes.  Here is another idea.

If you want your state, farm name or other text included besides your name just include it in the note section of the PayPal form.  I'll email a proof to you before going to print.
I've attached a few different designs to show there are many options available to you that still include the club logo and your name.
