In some recent emails, Gina said “My capacity is maxed out.  Maybe we need a new secretary?” and “Again - I apologize - but I am at (and over) capacity.” 
I have always maintained that personal lives and responsibilities should come before any chicken club volunteer work. So, here is what we did.
I resigned as President of the Alliance.  Beth was selected President by the remaining Board members.  Gina then resigned as Secretary/Treasurer and the Board selected me as Sec/Treasurer and Gina to as Director to fill the position created when Beth became President.  We stuck to the procedures outlined in our Constitution in making the changes. 

As of now...
President - Beth
Sec/Treasurer - John
Directors - Jensen & Gina in charge of Club Meets and Jeannette & Russ in charge of Promotions.
